I'm getting spam ("buy our wonderful sheets!!!") messages from an @members.ebay.com address. I've looked at the message headers and it's definitely from members.ebay.com. (The DKIM and SPF records are valid and verified per all header fields - there's no way to spoof those:)
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; dkim=pass header.i=@members.ebay.com header.s=memdkim header.b=D9DTPyne; spf=pass (google.com: domain of [removed]@members.ebay.com designates 66.211.185.164 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=[removed]@members.ebay.com;
I tried to report this through Ebay's customer service chat, but they were extremely unhelpful - not at all interested in taking any details or doing anything about it.
FWIW, this is not related to any transaction I've done (I've never bought bedding on Ebay.) Is there anything I can do to report this spam that would actually have an effect?

I see the policy just fine. Unfortunately nothing in the policy links to anywhere to report a violation of that policy that's actually useful (as I mentioned here, I already tried and got nowhere).

Did you expand the "full policy" section?
"If you have received spam from another eBay member, please forward it to spoof@ebay.com."
