Sort not working

anybody else notice that sort is not working? tried high to low price and it was not sorted, just any random sort.

eBay recently began placing "sponsored listings" at the top and bottom of search results pages -- I believe two at the top and two at the bottom, even when searching completed listings. These sponsored listings do not sort correctly, but aside from those listings, your sort should still be working.

If sponsored listings are a problem for you, consider getting an ad blocking extension for your browser such as Ad Block Plus, and then alter the settings by unchecking the "Allow Acceptable Ads" box. If you do that, the sponsored listings should no longer appear at the top and bottom of your search results. If the sponsored listings are relevant, they should appear in the search results in the normal sorted position minus the "sponsored" designation, just like any other listing.

I do a search. I try to SORT the results. For example, by price, lowest to highest. There are high prices then low then high again. What's wrong. Using MacBook Pro and Firefox browser. It used to work fine.
