Sort Low to High is currently not working.....Devon????

Not sure if Devon from Ebay can forward this to the proper channels....but if you try to sort from low to high on price, it is not working.  For me, I use this tool when selling to supply the buyer the lowest possible price. And, now, if a buyer is looking for the lowest price, they won't find it using this tool.

Just as one example..type in..."Department 56 Craggy Oak Tree". And you will see the issue with it not sorting properly.

I have called twice now.

They are claiming there is glitch that they are working on but then say that promoted items should be on top but on top by 100 items? I think search by price is so broken.

I added a few promoted items to my list and 1 is still buried by 70 items.

I am seeing this problem across the board in my items Lego, Vinyl Records, Cassettes ... all categories

The only thing we can do is call and point out this problem until we hear them acknowledge it is a BIG problem.

If customers can't sort by price they will get angry when they find one cheaper later and request a return or additional discount from the original seller.

Hello- Thank you for calling. It's definitely not right - that's for sure. And as you pointed out, it affects both the buyer and seller. I am hoping tagging Devon will help as he sometimes give some insight on the situation or will forward it to the appropriate department. If I don't see the issue corrected in the next day or two, I am going to call customer service!!  Have a great day!!

My category is stamps and here on the west coast I do not see that problem.

Could be a certain category ...and too specific of an item on sale.

That is because, I just tried my example from above "Department 56 Craggy Oak Tree" and it worked correctly a few times and then I refreshed it and then it wasn't working correctly. So I went out and went back in, typed it again and unfortunately it was not sorting them from low to high.

From what I can see on my end as of 11/12/2024 3:17PM I believe this sort by Lowest Price issue has been fixed.

Everyone should check their own categories and listings
