I changed my stores' name today and now when I hit "View my store" I get a page that states "Sorry this store does not exist". I can view my ebay selling and am able to list items, unfortunatlely my personal categories are missing in the listing template. I also cannot reach my subscriptions page, and when I went into the Manage communications page, all my information is gone, as if I never had a store. I called eBay and they tell me its just a glitch and to wait. I have been waiting for a while now and nothing has changed. Has anyone else had this issue? I am worried that shoppers are unable to reach my store as well. Any advice is helpful. Thanks

I have the same issue - my Store Doesn't Exist. I didn't change my store name or anything with it, but it seems to have just "vanished". Hopefully just a glitch that will be fixed soon.

Yeah, I have the same problem, started about an hour ago. I called Ebay Customer service and the rep said she was reporting it as a technical issue, she said when its an issue this big it should be fixed pretty soon, so hopefully it is.

Thanks. It is just my luck that I change my store name at the exact same time that a glitch occurs. I thought I had royally messed something up. Hopefully it is fixed soon.

I called in. Multiple issues with the site for the past few hours. I can't print labels, my store is "gone", when listing my store categories are "gone". When I called they refused to believe it was a problem with the website and not my computer. The tech asked me 4 count em 4 times if I cleared my cache on google chrome yet. Finally some one admitted there was a documented problem with the site and it would be fixed within a couple hours. It has been 2 hours since I called...still can't print labels, store still "gone". Hopefully they fix this soon, for how much $ they charge us you think ebay would have a more reliable website/server.

I don't know about anybody else, but my account is still down. No change since last night. Very frustrating. I will try calling eBay again in a little bit.

Same here, I even tried upgrading my store to a premium store to see if that would fix it, my seller hub shows that I now have a premium store as oppose to the basic one, but when I click on the link of the store, it still "doesn't exist." Very frustrating... I'll try giving them a call later tonight if it still isn't fixed. Let me know if you get any updates? I'm nervous that our stores may have permantly dissapeared.... and I wonder if ebay is actually even trying to do anything about....

It's not just you - on hold with eBay again now more than 20 mins...

FYI: Tried every available "backend" link/way to get to our store front, I was able to access all of our listings using the "Items for Sale" link on the about us page, just in case anyone else needs to know how to get to their active (besides the seller hub)

The first agent had the tone of "fake surprise". The products are still active and listed, however, buyers can not search for stores.

Something is going on. Would be nice if the web developers tested updated pages before they put them live.

Just got off the second time, they are "aware" and added our store name to the list. Would recommend anyone that is experiencing the same issues to call (expect to wait) so they can add you to the list. (if there is one)

Hello! I have the same problem all day since early this morning and now it is almost 5:30 p.m. I hope ebay gets this fixed soon. My store has completly vanished and i am not in the burmuda triangle! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
