Customer paid for eBay international Shipping to Canada
Label will not print.
Below is the message we get:
Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.
Anyone else having this problem?
Unsure what to do next besides trying to call eBay in the morning.

There are so many intermittent glitches now. I would just try it later. I couldn't get a Canadian label to print but it was because I forgot to check the box about requirements for Canada.

It's possible that there are too many lines in the Canadian address or perhaps too many characters on a line. Maybe try editing the label to get fewer characters on a line. I've had this happen a few times over the years and adjusting the address seems to have done the trick. Hope it works for you too!

Thank you for the response. This happened a time before. I waited an hour and it printed.
This time still won't print and it has almost been 24 hrs.
There have been many, many, many glitches lately.
Why can't they just leave well enough alone and
think... IF it works why change...!!

I have double checked the address and it is ok. We have shipped to this buyer previously.
without any problems. Heck I don't know.
