I finally figured out the solution. Make sure the dimensions of your package match the maximum listed for the cost of the label that has been selected. i.e. 25X18X12 even if that isn't the same dimensions of your package. I was going nuts and couldn't generate a label or QR code then, just for the heck of it, I made that change and, BOOM, it worked!
