I sell a couple of things a year perhaps. I was selling a phone today, I'd had bids all week, guaranteed to sell. This evening the bids increased nicely. On ending, when I checked the status, it was listed as "unsold". Clicking the phone to view more detail showed "Sold | Relist" on the page! What is going on? I contacted Ebay and they admitted there was a technical issue and asserted the sold status to my phone and suggested I contacted my buyer to ask them to pay. Buyer just replied saying Ebay told them they did not win the auction so they bought another phone. Thanks eBay.
