We had exactly the same for over 10 items
Went to their online helpline who said it was down to doing maintenance (!)
It must be a stock reply to when their servers go down or they were hacked
The number of times we have 'IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S US' come up on the screen - ebay saying its an issue with servers. For this one they blamed my web browser and said try Mozilla !
