Sold Notifications not always being sent to Seller.

I usually receive my Sold notifications via email. I have had a couple of notifications that have not been sent to me. I have found them only by logging in and noticing something was sold, which results in mailing the items later than they are supposed to be mailed. My email address is registered with eBay, so that is not the issue. I contacted eBay chat and was told that "there are actually reports from other members not getting sold notification in their email when their item get sold. Please know that this has been escalated and our technical team is already working to resolve the issue, I will submit a ticket for you, Usually this type of issues are resolved within 24 - 48 hours." We'll see if the issue is resolved but, from checking other messages on this forum, this is not an isolated issue. I don't check eBay all the time, so not receiving the email notification is a problem. I have checked all of my preferences on the website, and there is no reason that I should not have received all my emails. They are not going to Spam (I checked), so it appears that they are just not being sent consistently.
