CALLS ANSWERED BY PEOPLE NOT TRAINED TO HANDLE QUESTIONS, DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THEM; THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER INCOMETANT PERSON LOCATED OUTSIDE OF USA.
