Signature in Outlook 365 problem since 8 August

We answer email through our Microsoft Exchange account. In the signature is the direct link to my eBay store; looks like this:

Using my Iphone when I'm away from home with this signature seems to be giving issues, or could it also be an unsafe Wifi that causes eBay to reject the emails I want to send?

I did solve it by answering with the eBay app, but that leaves the optoin out to send myself a copy.

Does anyone have a clue what causes this issue?

Are you able to send a message using your iPhone if you set Outlook to not append the signature to your message, or if you change your signature so the link is not included?

Perhaps something about the way that Outlook appends the signature makes it appear to be an outside link to eBay.
