Sign in problems again

Again I have been locked out of my ebay account according to norton and again I have had to change my 37 digit password because norton said it had been hacked. I seriously think it is time that ebay got rid of norton as this is happening all the time

Clear your ebay.com cookies, and sign back in to the ebay.co.uk UK site.

If you use your browser's autocomplete to enter addresses, clear your browser history or else you will likely be sent back to the .com site by your browser.

Make sure you are not following any US ebay.com links or using any ebay.com bookmarks.

eBay has no connection to Norton that I am aware of -- how do you know you are locked out of your eBay account, exactly?
