I put the correct user name and password and its keeps saying "oops not a match" I've reset my password, tried logging in with a pin, to no avail. It keeps saying "oops not a match"

I have seen messages from folks having trouble signing in ever since eBay changed the sign in page this past summer.

Here's a link to the old eBay sign in page that has worked more reliably for some:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

Sometimes it helps to try a different browser or a different computer (or use the app if you have that on your phone). I once ran into problems signing in that turned out to be due to a sticky keyboard shift key.
