Shopping cart problems

For about a week I have been trying to empty some items from my cart. I can't save for later, remove, pay for this seller only, or even pay for the entire contents. What's up?

What platform are you shopping on?  That is, the classic website (from a pc or laptop) or the mobile website or mobile app?

Classic from iPad. Don't really want the mobile app. Seems like every time I download a new way or update, it makes more problems. And earlier I had a taste of the new version and all I can say about that is, why do they have to fix it when it isn't broken?
