Shopping cart does not add order to bulk printing when total requested!!!!

I am so sick of this not working eBay!!!!

Complaining for months now through shipping label ratings.

When a customer requests  a total in the shopping cart,

the server can not add the order to your bulk print shipping!!!

FIX THIS PLEASE!!!! IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME TO SELL HERE!

I am sick of not having a scan form for a package that I then

have to mark for the P.O. as not on my scans.

Bad enough I have a scan for website orders, and another for

eBay orders. No more option to go to PayPal to print labels on one scan

when eBay can not handle getting this right.

OK NINE times now, I can not get an order to come up in bulk printing!

Tell customers to request a total in the shopping cart,

and the order will no longer be included in bulk shipping!

eBay can NOT handle my shipping needs, and I can not go back to PayPal

to have all my packages on ONE scan form.

AND THEY ARE NOT FIXING THIS PROBLEM!

Now labels are not printing correctly, up and down instead of sideways.

AND THEY ARE NOT FIXING THIS PROBLEM EITHER!

All orders that can not be included in bulk shipping,

I will NOT ship through eBay!

I will create a label with PayPal to be included on

my website order scan form.

Used to love selling on eBay, now it is NOT FUN ANYMORE.
