Shippo Labels Unable to load

I have purchased labels for two separate orders and when i try to print the label  it tells me "Error
Failed to load PDF document" and prompts me to try again but with the same outcome.   And since I have already purchased the shipping label through shippo I am now unable to purchase them through paypal using Canada Post.

Is anyone else having this issue?  Or know of any solutions?

If you log into PayPal, you should be able to purchase postage through this link:  www.paypal.com/shipnow

Also, here in the US, eBay allows us to purchase multiple shipping labels for a purchase.  There is a link in the drop-down menu beside the item that was purchased (orders page).
