what's going on with not being able to print out usps shipping label? 😒

What error did you get? Can you explain please.

I had a confusing issue where the Purchase Shipping Label button is greyed out if you select any USPS shipping option.  Selecting a UPS or FedEx option enables the button, but goes right back to grey when you select a USPS option.

As it turned out, I needed to select PayPal under "Select how to pay" to enable the button.
