Shipping policy invalid when relisting

When I tried to bulk relist some items, it said my shipping policy was invalid. When I do them individually, it works. Is this just a glitch?

When I'm trying to send items to auction from fixed price, they are all showing with invalid shipping, return policies, etc.  It won't let me list them tonight.  Probably a glitch.
