When purchasing a shipping label it states a QR code is being emailed to me. In the past they arrived no problem. In the past week I have not received emailed labels. Checked settings, checked spam, checked trash. What now?
There are email issues the past few days. I suggest using the reprint option to access a link to download your code.
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
