Shipping labels

I cannot generate labels - it'd Friday and I have to get this stuff out.  Whats the issue - should I wait a few hours or go to pay pal??

Go to PayPal. The combination of photo problems and label problems could result in a longer timeframe to fix all.

at 1st I got a message that the page could not be found. After refreshing several times I got the purchase page. When I tries to purchase the label I got a error message with a exclamation point but no explanation about the error. I checked the shipping label page and PayPal there was no record of a label being bought. So I tried to click purchase again but the same thing happened.

I was able to purchase a label through PayPal but had to first fill out the correct shipping service and weight. After I bought the label through PayPal on eBays end the tracking number automatically updated and did not need to be manually added.

Also I noticed the old selling pages reminders sold items that need to be shipped are not populating.  The seller hubs orders page seams to be working fine and I got notice of the item that sold through both eBay and PayPal's mobile app but would suggest manually checking the hubs orders page to make sure you do not mis any sells today so your handle time will not take a hit.

Hi, again, Brian. I swear...I am not stalking you lolol just re-reading all these threads. Wouldn't it be better to put a general Urgent thread at the very top of the Seller Board and any other Board with the same info you are proposing on each of these individual threads? JMO...and put that Status thingy go to on there too? I am done for the day with all of this...when I wake up tomorrow hopefully all is well. Have a good weekend. Down Detector has a ton of comments, too. Again, thanks.

Hi @abfabvintage, I considered pinning a post, but thought it may be better to reply to most threads to ensure more people see my message. At this point I'm not seeing many new threads being created, so I probably won't pin a post. But I'll definitely keep on eye on things. I still don't have any new information to share. Our developers are hard at work on resolving these issues though!
