Shipping labels purchase history missing for a 2 week period

I had a few buyers asking about items not received. Went into shipping labels to view those that are not yet delivered. There is no data for a period of time in March.  From Feb 28 to March 10 all data is missing in the listing. Thought it was just a few minute issue but it has been missing for days.

Hey. @wastingtime101 just gave me a heads up on your situation.

I am having the same problem.

Hundreds of label transactions are missing and, at most, we will see 50 for any given day, but usually less. For example, out of 310 transactions last week, there are only 109 labels shown on Seller Hub, unless you SEARCH for them.

I've called eBay concierge a number of times and they've forwarded it to IT, but no one else has so far reported the problem to eBay directly. It's been over a week now and no resolution.

I called eBay concierge yesterday (3/21) and they told me that IT is looking into it and that it has something to do with improvements that they are doing to the seller hub. They do not have an ETA on when it will be fixed.

They also told me it is important for you to report this problem to them as well, so they can track who is having this problem. You can do that the same way I did:

1. Click Help & Contact

2.  Click Have Us Call You

3. Click Shipping & Tracking>Shipping Your Items

4. Make sure the number on the page is accurate, then click Have Us Call You.

Of course, the above assumes that you pay for eBay store subscription.

Having the same issue as you are, missing hundreds of labels over the past 2-3 weeks. Frustrating when trying to look at delivery confirmations.
