I bought a digital item that didn't work/wasn't received/fill in the blank. I argued with the seller for a while, but they finally agreed to a refund. I just got notified the seller was unable to print a shipping label. On the return/dispute, it asks me to provide information that the item was returned. It's a digital item (email/game account), not a tangible item that can be shipped. How do I progress past this menu?

To be clear, the menu expects a tracking number to prove the item was shipped back. Except it's an account in the seller's possession. It won't let me leave it blank, or just put random numbers in
