Shipping error message during bulk listing

Attempting to bulk list 100 auction listings, which I've done countless times in the past. I am editing the shipping field ($7.95 standard 1-3 day shipping) & am getting this red error message:

Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields.

No fields are highlighted, so I don't understand what / how to fix. Please help!

Hi,

Appears this is a system wide issue, there are other threads regarding this.  I too experienced this yesterday.  

Monitoring the othere threads, I have yet to see Ebay rep respond.  Suspicion is that this is directly tied to the Gurantee Delivery feature ebay rolled out on Aug 1st.  That's when this issue started being reported.

error message when trying to bulk edit domestic flat rate shipping with $3.75 shipping charge to include a price of $0.00 for each additional item.  when click save the additional shipping charge of $0.00 I just put disappears and the error message in red
