I am very frustrated because I check the appropriate shipping charge of a "large envelope" at the time of listing but when it sells and I need to ship the item Ebay has classified it as a "package" and I am charge more! I have contacted their agents several times and have been told that it was because of the category I selected! The last item was a T-shirt! What Classification would that need to be in to ship in an envelope? The last agent I talked to said that they would refund just the amount of the difference of what I am being charged and the Flat rate that I charged the buyer. This is infuriating and a complete waste of time! Any help would be appreciated!

You can't buy a shipping label for a large envelope on Ebay, only packages.

@lulubellesplaypen Definitely frustrating. I sell in the media category and ship using USPS. I always have the option when buying postage on eBay to use "large envelope or parcel". So that envelope option is very much available on eBay. But it sounds like you don't see that when selling in the clothing category. I don't know what other category a T-shirt would go in though, so it seems ridiculous. Have you tried sending a private message on the Ebay for Business FB page? They are pretty helpful.
