Summary:
Starting with sales yesterday 09/15/2023 I've noticed and received reports from buyers that there are issues with the appropriate charges being displayed for both combined invoices and single auction sales.
Combined Invoices (multiple purchases from the same buyer):
I didn't manage to take any screenshots prior to creating the combined invoices so I can't show an example of this unfortunately but I am assuming it is tied to the same bug causing the issue with single listings, so I will explain those below.
Single Listings - Awaiting Payment Page vs. Individual Sold Listings Page:
I've attached a screenshot that shows the awaiting payment page where you will see that no shipping charges or tax are assigned to the listings sold (item subtotal and order total are the same $ amount).
Additionally, I've attached screenshots of each of the individual listing pages that show the shipping charges assigned to each item.

Your posting shows nothing.
Taxes are NEVER changed regarding the price of an item, or multiple items, that a buyer buys.
Regarding shipping- if you have 'combined' shipping; the buyer needs to 'send you' an 'invoice request' if they are buying from 'different' listings.
Otherwise, simply tell the buyer to buy/pay and you will refund any overage. I've done this for well over 12 years- NEVER an issue (telling buyers I will refund after they pay).

I don't know what issue you're trying to display because I see nothing wrong with your screenshots @pnwtco .
Until an item is paid for, you will not see any shipping cost/tax on the orders page. Why? Because shipping varies based on buyer's shipping address, as does sales tax. Buyer can use any address when they submit payment so the info isn't finalized until they pay. If they have a coded coupon from the seller they can apply that at checkout which will also affect the order total but not the subtotal.
When an item is unpaid the item subtotal and order total columns will always match on the orders page. You'll see info in the order total column that includes shipping, sales tax and any applicable order discounts after the buyer pays. Buyers can't see your orders page so their view is different.
The listings in question use calculated shipping so the $4.75 rate you see is lower than what the buyer will see unless they live in your zone.
What kind of reports or questions are you receiving from buyers? If something is off on their end you'll have to provide some specific details about what they said is wrong, along with item numbers.
