It has been months since I start having issues with the shipping calculator to the point that I can't even use it. When I go in and try to set the shipping options, it simply won't stay in the listing. If I try to set it to priority or first class, the box just simply disappears and doesn't stay in the listing. I pay for a store front that is basically useless to to me because I can't accurately create postal shipping rates for my items. To me this is a breach of contract basically leading to a false promotion of their inadequate store fronts. There were no issues prior to all these idiotic changes to a system that worked just fine before. Improvements are good when they work as they should, but this is an utter failure on Ebay's part and totally unfair to the sellers. The options I have at this point are to offer free shipping, a minimum charge on items under 3 ounces or gouge my customers on rates because they can't be calculated to their area. So for the moment I just sell my smaller items because I choose not to over price my shipping cost as this just kills the sell when people have to pay too much, especially on low end items. All I want is what I'm paying for, a working store front that I can build on over the next year. I worry that's not going to happen at this point. If I'm paying for a service, I consider that Ebay should be obligated to make sure that service is working as advertised. I am tired of making phone calls to Ebay that go nowhere especially when I'm told repeatedly that they know there is an issue and they are working on it. I'm looking for different ways to get Ebay's attention regarding an issue they created months ago now. They are obligated to correct this problem and should do so.
