Anyone else having a problem tonight with getting notice by PayPal of making a sale and it not showing up on Ebay for an hour or more, then when it finally shows up on Ebay, not being allowed to leave feedback for buyer? Problem happening both on website and on ios app for me. Hoping it’s just a temporary glitch. When the item finally shows up as sold on Ebay and I try to leave feedback, it says I either haven’t finished this transaction or I waited too long to leave feedback. Frustrating.
