Hi,
I've attempted to purchase a Playstation 5 for my child and the seller didn't communicate at all. 2 weeks after I paid they provided a tracking number saying the item was already delivered to my town, but it doesn't show my address. I went and double checked the porch and it wasn't there, and I checked the UPS My Choice website and it doesn't show the shipment.
Looking online it looks like this is actually a semi-common thing. So I asked for a return saying I didn't get it and the label isn't for a shipment to my address.
Just a few hours ago the seller has posted another shipping label to my town but with no address listed. It again doesn't show in UPS My Choice and no package is here.
I've contacted UPS and they have verified the labels weren't addressed to this address, not mis-delivered, but simply not addressed to this address at all.
eBay finally shows the "Ask us to step in and help option" but everytime after I choose a reason and enter a description I get a message stating:
Oops, we had a technical hiccup
Please try again later.
Problem is the screen before says the claim will be closed within 24 hours since the seller posted another label claiming delivery. So I'm extra stressed now over this whole thing. How can I get this taken care of since the website isn't allowing me to continue the process??
