Is anyone experiencing this bug? Starting this morning, the seller hub order download report has stopped working correctly. I download this order report twice a day every weekday to fulfill my orders in bulk using my own software but this morning it has only been producing empty order reports. The file tells me how many orders I have downloaded, but there are no rows of data pertaining to any of the orders. It's essentially blank.
This has to be an ebay bug - it started today, and it happens to me across multiple computers with multiple browsers, incognito mode, clearing cookies and data, nothing fixes it.
Interestingly when I try to download a few select individual orders, it will work and populate with the order information. But some other orders just will not work and downloading them will return an empty csv file. If I include these "broken" orders in my bulk order download request, the entire file will come up empty.
I suspect that some orders processed within the last 24 hours just got glitched for some reason and it's ruining my ability to easily bulk download orders for fast order processing.
