Seller Dashboard Tracking Updated on time and validated is wrong

I have 47 sales from October 16-17 stating that the carrier did not scan even though when I checked the them, they all have updated scans and information from USPS.  I'm not sure why this is going on but how can this be resolved?

If the items have the USPS acceptance scan recorded within in the stated handling time on the listings, call eBay.  They will remove the errors.  Happened to me a while back and eBay removed them.

I have one that ebay claims I never uploaded tracking at all - even though I use ebay shipping AND the tracking is clearly on the sold item.
