I am having a devil of a time keeping logged in.  I am wondering if the fact I am using a VPN in  Switzerland is a problem?

Are you able to stay signed in without using a VPN?

Certain VPNs or VPN settings may work better than others.

Yes, without the VPN it doesnt keep asking me for my password when I change pages within EBay.  I dont want to turn off the VPN just to trade on EBay, so will probably just quit using EBay.  AliExpress and  Amazon are not causing problems with the VPN

What VPN settings do you suggest I try looking at?

I have little experience using VPNs, so I cannot suggest much.

You may want to look into methods to bypass your VPN for selected sites such as eBay.

 not worth it, I will just change  my buying habits, easier.
