Been hit and miss for me for past few days. Some I can see and some I can't. While I can see yours, I just looked at one a few minutes ago and just got messages that was not available.

The community feedback links will fail if the user has changed usernames recently. You may be able to copy the new username in the community post and paste it into the feedback page URL to see the feedback if that is the case.

I've seen a few lately where the username hasn't been changed and still goes to the blank feedback page.
