I’d love to be able to use it because most of the items I sell are video games, but whenever I try to use it, I am greeted with a black screen. It will say to tap the bar code to focus and there’s an outlined box where the bar code would go, along with a red line across the area. However, it doesn’t actually try to scan anything and like I said, the screen is black. It doesn’t respond to my taps anywhere on the screen either. I’m using an iPhone 8, completely up to date. Anyone with some insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
