Saved searches disappeared in PC version but still working in App

Hello,

Today I've noticed all my saved searches have disappeared in the PC version of Ebay (Ebay has message that I have no saved searches).    However, when I go to the Ebay App, they are all there.    Is there a way to fix this on my PC version of Ebay?

If your Saved Searches page shows no searches, first check to make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account that you are using on the eBay app.

If the problem is with the saved searches page, you may be able to reach your searches another way. Try your feed page:

https://www.ebay.com/feed

Click on the number of searches at the top. You should see a list of those saved searches if things are working correctly.

Thank you - the feed does show my saved searches on my PC version of Ebay, thanks for that suggestion.   I guess I'll just have to hope Ebay fixes the regular method for seeing saved searches soon.  Thanks again.

You are very welcome. I have seen a couple of similar posts lately, so there may well be some issue that causes the Saved Searches page not to display for some users. Mine seems to be working still, so it is not affecting every account, though.
