Same-Day Cutoff Time Being Shown Incorrectly

I have our same-day cutoff time set to 2pm Arizona (AZ does not use DST). eBay is showing in the listings that buyers have until 3pm for same-day shipping.  The point of having an 'Arizona' time zone setting is that in never changes, yet it seems to have gotten screwed up after everyone else switched to DST.

Update- it seems to be an issue regardless of what time zone is selected. I selected 2pm Pacific Time as the cutoff time (currently the same time as AZ). It's 2:19pm (after the cutoff time) and the listing says buyers have 41 minutes left for same-day shipping. I don't know how many LATE shipments this has caused us.

I had mine set to 10Am and Ebay stilled showed same day shipping up until 5PM. I reported to Ebay through 3 different support channels. It was not fixed. Now they are showing same day shipping on all of my 1-day handling time items. This has been going on since November 2019. March 16th 2020 now...Just in case someone reads this next year because the issue has continued.
