Sales record NOT reflecting buyer invoice: SERIOUS PROBLEM!!!

I consolidated two purchases and invoiced my buyer for USPS Express; here's my emailed copy:

Afterward, I checked the sales record and this is what displays:

Can eBay do ANYTHING right any more???

This morning I corrected the eBay-calculated shipping for quantity order from $25.56 to $8.75 and then sent the buyer the invoice; that was at 11:57 AM EDT. The buyer reported that as of 1:22 PM the amount shown in eBay Checkout was still $25.56.  At 1:56 PM the buyer submitted payment which was in the correct amount.

eBay FAIL!
