Sale notifications

I no longer get the cha Ching notification sound when I make a sale on any of my apple devices. eBay help center couldn’t help me. Can anyone out there help? Thanks

The Android version of the eBay app has a Notification Diagnostic tool in the Settings under Notifications that can test notifications and directly show various settings that can interfere with receiving notifications; the iOS version may have something similar worth trying.

If the test is successful, you should hear the "cha-ching" sound at the end of the test.

That has happened a few times with me, I would just uninstall the ebay app and reinstall it and it worked every time.
