Many sellers are having problems with sold items showing as unsold.
Here are some things to try:
Try clearing your browser history and then restarting your computer. Turn off any browser add-ons such as pop up, tracking or JavaScript blockers. Sometimes an add-on has an update that doesn't agree with eBay. Do not use a VPN.
This is what has fixed this problem in the past:
1. Go to the list of Ended items
2. Click on those miscategorized items
3. Click on Bids links to go to bids history
4. Refresh that page.
In the Action column the link "Send Invoice" will get added and now the item will be correctly listed in Awaiting payment list.
You can also contact eBay customer service if my advice didn't help.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
