My seller invoice is 12.24 and it shows my account balance as 0.38. I cannot pay for the month because it is not making sense on eBay. In order for seller fees to be paid I should see every transaction for each period?

The invoices break down seller fees and subscription fees. It goes over each item that was sold and shows the final value fee for the item and shipping if paid by the buyer.  They are pretty straight forward and not hard to understand. If your invoice says you owe 12.24  but your paypal balance is .38 it sounds like you spent the money from your sales and did not account for the amount you would owe ebay or you had a large number of listings not on a subscription and the cost of the listings were more than your sales. either way you do owe them 12.24. Perhaps you should call ebay to have them explain how the invoice works and what the charges are from. It is a good idea to view the account tab every few days or after each sale to make sure you know what your bill will be before spending the money or transferring it to your bank. If you do not have a store subscription and have used all of your free listings the promotional offer section of the seller hub will help you keep track of how many listings you have used so you can plan on the fees at the end of the month. If paying per listing you may not want to list too much as if sells are slow the fees could be more than your sales.
