Hi Alma,
I see you are a new seller -- you have 17 items listed, and it sounds like you might be running into your selling limit for the month. Check your selling overview page and scroll down to the bottom to see your limits.
If you have reached the monthly limit, the good news is that the month is almost over.
As you successfully complete more sales, those limits will increase.

Yes, this happened to me twice today when clicking on the official Ebay login and it actually caused my computer to lockup and freeze with a message repeating over and over. The screen gives a support helpline supposedly from Microsoft but I couldn't not verify that information. I did call the number but the representative was not in America and I did not feel comfortable giving access to my computer or giving out any personal information. The representative showed me how to get out of the screen and unlock the computer and that's what I did. So I went into my chrome settings and deleted cookies, browser data, changed passwords, switched settings to restore back to default settings. I basically over hauled everything including changing passwords to important accounts on another device.

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead, at least to reach eBay. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):
https://pages.ebay.com/sitemap.html
If signing in sends you back to the main page, close the tab and go back to the site map and use that to navigate to another eBay page.

There is a known eBay Home Page Error which stated aver a month ago and is impacting Internet Explorer 11 users on Windows 7 & some Windows 8 computers, some Firefox users, and some mobile device users. Users are only reporting problems with the eBay Home Page and no other websites.
A work-around is to sign-in on another eBay page. I use a Community Boards page. If you still get the error, have a second page open and close the first one after you sign-in and the second page should keep you signed in.
You can see my posts on other threads regarding what I'm doing to try to get eBay to resolve this.

Do you have the same sign in issues if you use another browser?

I am also having the same issues, i thought it was because of the CClear that I purchase, I have the same issue with Amazon & Flickr, these are the only places that I am having issues, Twitter is fine on issues, I don't use Facebook that much, so I cannot comment on that
