Big problem. Just got forced to switch to the new listing tool. Opted out twice before during the past year because the new listing tool did not work for automotive parts listings. Ebay fixed one of the big problems ( item specifics being wiped clean when relisting ), but they did not fix the compatability chart problem.
When trying to revise an item, and when trying to create a whole new listing for a new item using sell similar: you CANNOT ENTER A NEW ITEM FOR THE COMPATABILTY CHART !!!!!!!!!!! Essentially I cannot create any new listings !!!
Tried it on both Chrome and IE. No difference.
Already called Customer service, and they could not opt me out again. Was told thay were aware of the problem. Hopefully they will get this fixed.
