Revise Listing Not Loading

Hi

I cannot revise my listing. It sits loading indefinately. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, different browser, different devices, different internet connection but just stuck loading.

To clarify this is NOT when a listing is greyed out due to beinv close to end or you have offers. Its stuck as if its loading but never loads the page.

I have exactly the same issue and have also tried different browser, etc.

Found that this is a problem on listings which already have bids (I want to add a video which I should be able to do) but a listing with no bids does open when I try to revise it.

Also tried doing it on the app which lets me add a video but then won't save because it says the start time is in the past. I did originally list it with a scheduled start time but cannot remove that when I make make the revision?

Can anybody offer a solution to this?

Auctions with bids or listings with outstanding offers cannot be edited in most cases. This is to prevent a seller from materially changing a listing that someone may have already committed to pay for.

I thought that it was possible to add further information, more photos, additional description, etc. I have in the past revised items which already have bids and the listing shows it as an additional note. Of course it should not possible to make substantial changes and when I use the app to revise it there is an information box which says "Certain details can't be changed due to the current status of the listing."

This indicates to me that some details of the listing can be updated.

Sellers can in some cases add some specific additional information to the listing but there are many limitations designed to prevent materially changing the listing once a bid or offer has been received.
