Returned Label

I'm having a problem retrieving a label that was emailed to me. Each time I try it says sorry something went wrong. You guys are terrible I can't get in touch with live person at all.

You need to remove your phone number as this is a public forum the only people that will be calling you are scammers. 
Have you tried to print the label from the return page? 
By the way the “you guys” you refer to are not here, no one from eBay will read this thread. This forum is a discussion board made up of eBay buyers and sellers.  That being said only you can see the item attached to that order number.

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.

If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of eBay entirely, then use the email link.
