Hello everyone -
We have identified an issue where some sellers are having trouble listing items. They are experiencing slow or unresponsive pages when attempting to list. Below is some information on troubleshooting this issue.
If you are using Chrome as your browser the easiest way to resolve this is to switch to another supported browser.
If you are not able to switch browsers, the following steps may help resolve this for you:
Please let us know if the above does not allow you to list or resolve the slowness. Our tech team continues to monitor and investigate the cause of this issue.

Still not working. On my 4th message from ebay telling me how to send items from fixed price to auction using the "send to auction" button. Everytime, i tell them it does not work and every message tells me to do the same. Ask for the problem to be escalated to a technical manager and get the same message back. Absolutely useless customer service.

Finally received a message from Ebay acknowledging there is a problem and that they are trying to sort it out but as yet, have no solution. Surely, it is not that difficult to change a little code!

It has also now migrated over to loading pages in general. Takes time to load all pages.

I switched browsers and I still get “Hmmm, can’t reach page “. Bulk sell.eBay.com took too long to respond.

We just started using Edge as our browser and things are slowly returning to normal. My question is will eBay credit us for this monumental glitch. We were down for 7 days!! We are longtime eBay sellers (18 years) and have a Premium Store with 100% Feedback. We were unable to list, revise listings, had no sales, all the fonts in our listing were different sizes, we received no questions from buyers and unable to print shipping labels, etc. Everything Stopped!!
Of note: I went to purchase an item yesterday on eBay and received the following message, "One or more sellers can't accept payments right now. Contact the sellers for help." Of course I sent a note to the seller and have not received a reply. What is that all about???
Please advise.
Thanks, Diane and Ralph

If you are using eBay's web interface to list items then you are 20+ years behind the best technology.
I used my first Macintosh listing tool, A.I.D., circa 2001.
The best listing tools ever created is the Macintosh app GarageSale.
Its light-years ahead of any web interface or other application, especially eBay's dreaded TurboLister.
Now the real question is why a company with billions of dollars and thousands of employees can't create a application that is even close to what three part time German software developers can.
You get the feeling that eBay does not give **bleep** about you.
