Every time I try to follow the link in my email, or go through the Ebay home page, I get the same result. I need to escalate, but with the resolution center not working I don't know what to do next. None of the "contact us" options list my problem, and when I try to enter something similar, it says the case has been settled in my favor. Problem is, the seller's payment was rejected by their bank, so PayPal hasn't credited me.
How do you let Ebay know their site isn't working?
