Hey devon@ebay. Could you check to see if there's an open tech ticket on this?
For a few months now (started some time in July), roughly 50% of buyers that request a total through the cart for combined shipping are receiving this error message.
"We're sorry, but we can't complete your request right now."
The order is coming through as unpaid on my end, however I am not receiving an e-mail alert letting me know the buyer requested an invoice. Multiple buyers have duplicated their orders thinking the first did not go through.
Again, this is happening with roughly 50% of buyers trying to use this feature.

Hey @wastingtime101! As of right now we do not show an open ticket for the issue you are describing. I can go ahead and report this issue to our tech team and if you have an item number or order number I can use as an example that would be perfect! If not you can always reach out to customer support and they can get a ticket open for this issue as well.

Many 'things' you do on eBay states that; wait 2 seconds and just 'do it again'. Works 99% of the time.
