Reporting a feature bug issue

Looked everywhere... there isn't a contact to report a bug... 

 

Bug Issue in Messages:

When replying to a customer in the normal 'messages inbox', the 'attach a file' feature is not working. Attempted 3x, looked like it went just fine, checked sent... no attachment. I went directly to the buyer's page, hit contact, associated the product, attached files and sent, checked 'sent' folder... worked perfectly as it should have when replying to a message in my inbox.

If you are using a desktop browser, use the "Tell us what you think" link on the message inbox page, or try this link to provide feedback to page developers:

Thank you, yes, I saw that as well.  That link is for a survey.  I actually did post my findings there, but I am not sure if it would even be read, or by whom.  You would think that they would have some sort of a 'webmaster feedback' link.   Cheers... Eric

You are most welcome. In the past, folks that work for eBay and post on the community have indicated that those "Tell us what you think" and "comment"/"feedback"/"?" link surveys and comments are seen by the page developers that are responsible for those page features.
