Repro Steps:
Windows 11 all patches and after a reboot
Using MS Edge (latest version: Version 111.0.1661.41 (Official build) (64-bit))
1) Navigate to 'Report a Seller' form page
Online Customer Service - Report a seller for a policy violation (ebay.com)
2) Enter a valid seller name...then Select any radio button
3) Type any text "there is a problem with seller foo"
4) Click Submit
Results: Nothing happens
Expected: Submit message appears
Repeat the above steps using Google Chrome Browser
No problem encountered.
