So, this is a new issue with the recent changes made. Previously when I was in Outlook and clicked "Reply" in an ebay email thread it opened that email thread and I could start typing the reply. Now, all it does is open my messages. If I'm replying to a message from yesterday, or a week ago, then I have to scroll around until I find the person that was messaging me. The images are the link I click in outlook, and what I get in ebay. Again, this has worked for years until now. @wastingtime101 you run into this one?

eBay should turn your email into an eBay message for the user.
That should work as long as the seller doesn't need to attach a photo.

Yes, it is a new issue that started today. Being discussed here:
Use the ? bottom right of page to file a tech report @knownobob . I reported earlier - anybody affected should do the same.
You can still reply to the buyer from there, but you have to find their message within your inbox because the system is no longer opening direct to the buyer's message.

Ok. I will add the technical note to raise more awareness. I saw the variation count made their known issue list. They are rolling out more glitches than usual. They could save a lot of money stop changing the user interface. Whatever, I'm just small potatoes and can't stress about what I can't control...
