Seller sent me a refund, but it didn’t go through and I can’t get a hold of anybody at eBay. Can somebody call me back?

If you got notice from ebay that a refund was issued, it would have gone through. If you made the original payment with a credit card, you'll need to check with your c.c. statement or account online.

Depending on how you paid, it could be a few days, a few weeks to a month or more for the refund to show up.
